Questions about Shop-in-a-Box – and the answers
Can I choose the design of the site?
Yes, although there are some limits. The main areas of the site, such as where the products are displayed and the basket and checkout pages have been laid out in a way that makes it very user-friendly for the customer and these can’t be changed. If you would like a bespoke design, this can be provided for an additional cost of £800.
If you are happy with our standard site design, we can incorporate your chosen colours and a header for you within the package price.
What payment providers can I use?
We can integrate with PayPal, WorldPay, Protx and SecPay. Integration with any other payment provider may incur an additional cost. We will confirm whether this is the case when you have confirmed which payment provider you wish to use.
Can the package deal with my VAT requirements?
The system is configurable for VAT. You can mark individual products as exempt from VAT, or not charge VAT at all. We would suggest that you take the free trial and check it out for yourself.
Can the package deal with my delivery requirements?
The system offers a number of ways of charging for delivery, and these can all be controlled by you. You can choose to charge according to the value of the order, by type of product or by the weight of order.
How much does it cost?
