If your association or organisation has a number of members that could benefit from a presence on your website, a members directory is the perfect way to manage the information. Available in a range of formats, all systems are managed through a secure administration area and are searchable by the site user.
Individual records can be managed by a single person or by the members themselves and if required, new members can register through the site and be added to the directory immediately.
Client Only or Private Areas
Accessible by a username and password, a Private Area can restrict access to certain information or areas of your site. Although suitable for many applications, this is a good way of providing existing customers with important information or documents. Available in a number of formats, individual clients can have access to their own areas, or you can have just one general area. Every project we undertake is managed in the same way. Upon commission of the project, we will create a Project Plan or Specification depending on the level of complexity your site requires. This document will include details of what the site is to do and what information is to go on each page. It will also include confirmed costs and a timetable for the project. We will ask you to sign this document off and it will form the “blueprint” for the web site.After that, we will produce design visuals for you with a view to creating a look and feel for the site. As the client, you will have the opportunity to give us feedback during this stage.
Once the design of the site is created, we then build it for you, showing you developments as they happen and confirming you are happy each step of the way.
